From employee records to open work

Keep employee records connected

Maintain employee profiles alongside departments, positions and documents. HR administrators can follow the same employee record as responsibilities and organisation details change.

Review attendance and leave

Record attendance and work schedules, then review leave requests through their approval flow. Bring recorded attendance into HR Brief for the period you select.

Follow contract work

Keep contract records with employee information. HR Brief groups contracts ending soon and contracts that remain active past their end date, so administrators can review the open work.

Maintain payroll records

Create and review basic payroll records, including payment status. HR Brief identifies unpaid records for follow-up. Payroll here is record management; automatic salary transfers and full tax compliance are outside this scope.

HR Brief: a rule-based recap

HR Admin can review attendance for the selected recap period, alongside pending leave requests, active contracts ending within 30 days of today, active contracts past their end date, and draft or processed payroll records. Department filters apply across these groups; the attendance period does not limit all open work.

The Operational Summary describes those records using deterministic rules, without AI or predictions. Use the recap to find work to review, then inspect the underlying records.
